Shift to the observer

Sometimes when experiencing big emotions, it can be so loud. So much chatter. Every voice wanting to be heard.

When it feels like too much, I look at myself in the mirror. Shift to the observer. Quite literally putting a face to the voice, to the emotions expressing through me.

Holding sacred space for whatever needs to be felt, heard, or witnessed.

Sacred conversations. And no matter how angry the words or how ugly the cry, I get to remind myself that

I am Loved. I am worthy of Love. I am Love.

And so are you.
